How fast can you get here?
We dispatch as soon as a driver claims your job and payment clears. Typical ETAs are 15–45 minutes depending on distance, traffic, and weather. You’ll get text updates and a live ETA.
Do you take cash?
No cash in the field. We use secure online payment before dispatch (all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). This keeps things fast and safe.
What areas do you cover?
Omaha Metro and nearby: Omaha, Bellevue, Council Bluffs, and surrounding communities. If you’re outside the core area, we’ll quote an ETA and any distance surcharge up front.
Tire help: do you replace or just swap?
We swap to your spare on the spot. If you don’t have a spare or need a new tire mounted, we’ll suggest the best option nearby or schedule a mobile mount when available.
Winch outs
Light‑duty recoveries only (driveways, curbs, lots, road shoulder) where it’s safe and accessible. We don’t perform off‑road or high‑risk recoveries.
Can you bill my insurance or AAA?
We’re independent. We’ll email a receipt immediately—many customers submit for reimbursement with their insurer.
Is tipping a thing?
Totally optional but appreciated—100% goes to your rescuer.
What info do you need from me?
Your exact location (address or pin), vehicle make/model/color, the issue (tire, lockout, jump, fuel), a callback number, and whether you’re in a safe spot. A quick photo helps.
Is pricing upfront?
Yes. You’ll see the price before you pay. After‑hours (+$35) and holiday/severe weather (+$45) surcharges may apply—we’ll confirm before dispatch. After payment will not be any additional charges
Can you unlock all cars?
We use non‑damaging professional tools that work on most vehicles. Certain specialty security systems may require a tow or dealership; we’ll advise instantly if that’s the case.
Battery services
We provide jump starts and quick battery tests. If your battery is shot, we can replace it when available (parts cost extra) or guide you to the nearest option.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Full refund before dispatch. After a driver is en route, a small trip fee may apply. If we arrive and you’re not present, a no‑show fee may apply.
How will I recognize my driver?
We’ll text you the driver’s name and vehicle details. On completion, we take a quick photo for your records.
Accessibility & language support?
Text‑first support available. Limited Spanish coverage depending on the dispatcher/driver on duty.
